Service Overview
The evaluation may include a detailed medical and reproductive history, menstrual and ovulation assessment, hormonal blood tests, pelvic ultrasound, and assessment of the uterus and fallopian tubes. When appropriate, the male partner may also undergo semen analysis and other relevant investigations.
Treatment is individualized according to the underlying cause, age, reproductive history, duration of infertility, and personal pregnancy goals. Depending on the findings, treatment options may include lifestyle modifications, medication to support ovulation, treatment of conditions such as fibroids or endometriosis, tubal procedures, or surgical management of structural abnormalities.
Minimally invasive procedures such as laparoscopy and hysteroscopy may be recommended in selected cases to diagnose and treat conditions affecting the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, or pelvic structures.
When necessary, couples may also be guided toward assisted reproductive techniques such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) or in vitro fertilization (IVF). A personalized treatment plan and regular follow-up help address individual fertility needs and support the best possible pathway toward pregnancy.
